Hashed Brown Potatoes

While it may be easier to just fry up some frozen hash browns, this is a great way to use up leftover baked potatoes from the night before. And, what a great way to impress that special person in your life the next morning with some "made from scratch" hash browns. They will know that you are a keeper for sure after they eat these. Throw next to a fried egg and you have a complete meal. Oh man, I want some breakfast now...
