Roasted Garlic




Delicious and lightly flavored garlic, perfect to just smear right onto a piece of fresh bread, or on top of broiled bread with butter. I added mine into a mashed cauliflower mix, and to be honest, I could barely taste them. These would be amazing mixed into mashed potatoes or smooched into a baked potato too. I have even heard of people just eating them plain for the garlic health benefits. A bit extreme for me, but I like them anyways.
