Broiled Strip Loin Steak Maitre d'Hotel




One of the best steaks I have ever made, will be making them this way again!

Don't be intimidated by your broiler in the oven, it is actually a very easy way to make mouth-watering steaks. Just make sure to use your broiler pan (both pieces) and let it fully heat up. If you are in a wintery area like me, you will want to learn this method so you don't have to freeze your extremities off while trying to grill in the wintertime outside.

Great main entree, and goes great with the baked potato and Cauliflower au Graten.
