Mashed Potatoes

Who doesn't love mashed potatoes? I am not sure if I could ever be friends with somebody who doesn't love mashed potatoes. Anyway, this is a super easy way to make potatoes with just a pot of boiling water on the stovetop needed. These can be served plain with just butter, or made gourmet with flavored sour creams, different cheeses, bacon pieces or whatever leftovers you happen to have in the fridge cut into small pieces. Make it your own and enjoy it even more.
