If you are as immature as I am and love the movie The Benchwarmers, you will be finding yourself saying in your head "beef stew, beef stew, beef stew" the entire time while making this dish.

This is great comfort food at it's finest. Works well with leftover cuts of meat, leftover veggies and has the most amazing gravy you will even have. Makes a huge pot, so be sure to invite your friends over to impress them with your cooking skills. Nothing better than a nice cozy night under the blankets watching a movie with a big bowl of beef stew in the winter months.
