If you don't like cauliflower but love cheese, this may be the way to get you to eat cauliflower. It is loaded with so much cheese that it gives it a very interesting mouthfeel and texture. You can barely taste the cauliflower and makes a great side dish to almost any meal. This would also be a great take-along if you need to make something for the holidays.
