Have you ever heard of Jewish Christmas? I hadn't either. There is an old Jewish custom that Jewish families go out to a Chinese Restaurant on Christmas day to spend time eating with their families. How fun! If, however, you are not near your family, this might be the next best thing to eating out. It is a simple stir fry that you can change to fit your needs and likes in vegetables.
