Caramel Fudge Icing

This is one of the tastiest icings I have ever made in my entire life! I could seriously sit down with a spoon and the mixer bowl and eat the whole thing.

This would be amazing with a spice or apple cake too (I might just have to do that next). My cake cracked in this demo, but I still got an A on it, so all's good.
