Sauteed Chicken w/ Mushroom Sauce
Not one of my favorite meals I needed to create for this Food Science course. It really should have been made with chicken breasts, but I was trying to get a deeper flavor with the chicken, and that was a mistake. You can learn from my mistakes and just use chicken breasts that you flatten with a mallet first. Still tasty, just not quite as tasty as it could have been.
