Grilled Cheese

Mmmmm, nothing more American than a simple grilled cheese sandwich. Not sure where these were invented, but they should be fully American if they are not. These were made with an electric griddle, but any pan on the stove top will work too. For extra flair, add bacon, ham, turkey and switch up the cheeses too. The possibilities are simply endless.
